Refund policy
Please note that TakstarMall.com only provide after-sale service for purchase made on the platform, we are not responsible for purchases made on other platforms. Please contact the corresponding platform for after-sale service if not purchase from us.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after order delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send us your order number and your return reason to support@takstar.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send return instructions on how and where to send your item back. A refund shall complete within 30 business days back to your original payment method after the return is completed.
For product quality issues within 30 days of delivery, we provide a free return or replacement.
For non-quality issues within 30 days of delivery, we accept returns but the buyer shall be responsible for return shipping and delivering the return goods to our warehouse within 40 days after the return request is approved.
NOTE: Items sent back to us with no return approval will not be accepted.
Additional non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned like consumable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- The product has been used or damaged.
- The product has passed the 30 days return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it usually takes us 5 business days to refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company (up to 31 calendar days) to process and deposit the refund on your account.
The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer. It is strongly advised that a traceable shipping method is used. We will not be responsible for any returned item lost in transit.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays, denial or the product(s) to be shipped back.
A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding any charges for the initial shipping of the product when it was purchased. A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company. If the order did not ship out and it was canceled successfully, the 10% transaction fee will be waived and the refund will be the total amount of the order.
