Shipping policy


Takstar Mall will try its best to provide shipping service to buyers all over the world, please read the section below for detailed information.

Please contact us via support@takstar.com, if you have any questions or have a cancellation request. 

Usually, an order is dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. Once the order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the buyer via email notifications and no cancellation request will be accepted.

Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, United States, Mexico, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, New Zealand.

If you need shipping services to countries other than the above, please contact us via Livechat or support@takstar.com and we will try our best to see what we can arrange for you. 

Buyers are also welcome to visit other TAKSTAR official stores on Aliexpress, Amazon, Shoppe and Mercadolibre which provide shipping services to more countries and locations.

TAKSTAR products can also be purchased through your local distributors.

Due to the high rate of change, the local customs tax is not included in the item price or in the order payment and buyers are responsible for the extra tax if charged by their local customs.  

 

Shipping Time

Depending on the buyer's residence, the shipping time and cost may vary. An estimated shipping time will be provided by checkout.
TakstarMall is not responsible for uncontrolled delays caused in the shipping period.

If buyer did not receive the delivery, please make sure to contact support@takstar.com within 30 calendar days after the delivery is overdue. Failing to contact us on time, the buyer may not be eligible to claim an item lost refund or replacement request.
